Brian Wickersham is the owner and lead architect at AUX architecture in Los Angeles, California. AUX is a design studio started in 2008 committed to the thorough investigation of functionality, spatial qualities, and materiality in the built environment and with a specialty in creative problem-solving. Since 2008, the firm has produced a range of award-winning works that include residential, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, education and arts and performance projects. Prior to AUX, Brian worked in the offices of Daly Genik Architects, Frank Gehry, and Graft and over the last 20 years, he has guest lectured and served on juries at institutions throughout California including SCI-Arc, USC, Woodbury, ELAC and Cal State Long Beach.
